Michigan Hardware Co. Baseball Gloves

The Michigan Hardware Co., were exclusive jobbers of Hardware and Sporting Goods located at 100-108 Grandville Avenue SW, Grand Rapids Michigan. Their privately branded baseball gloves were manufactured by M. Denkert & Co. During the 1940s Denkert included "The Finer Points of Baseball" booklet, inside each box of Denkert baseball gloves. They also did the same for privately branded baseball gloves they produced for other companies such as the Michigan Hardware Company.

Signature models include: Carl Reynolds G48; Pee Wee Reese P.W.R; Harry "Hank" Thompson Fielders Gloves - Bill Skowron ST4; Sam Leslie ST6 Baseman's Mitt.
