Most
Felt Pennants you find from this era have pin holes, and
fraying. Sold at Yankee Stadium in 1957 during the World
Series against the Milwaukee Braves, it probably came
with a stick. Often the ties are missing (cut off ) or
in bad condition. The writing, and Logos, on these Felt
pennants are sometimes "crackled' from being bent,
and some times pieces are missing. The Left side of this
pennant is a scroll with the 1957 team listed as
follows: BAUER; BERRA; BYRNE; CAREY; CARROLL; CERV; J.
COLEMAN; COLLINS; RICHARDSON; FORD; GRIM; HOWARD; BUCKS;
KUBEK; LARSON; MCDOUGALD; MANTLE; MAGLE; MAGLIE; MORGAN;
NOREN; SIMPSON; SLAUGHTER; SILVERA; SKOWRON; STURDIVANT;
TURLEY; WIESLER; STENGEL.
